At Shangri-La you can expect;

Full sessions; if you book a 60 minute appointment you receive 65 minutes of therapy time. Your time doesn't start until your therapist starts to work on you.

Consultation time and time to get on/off the table is FREE to you.

All therapists at Shangri-La have been licensed by the Tennessee Health Related Board since 1999.

Each therapist has 1000s of hours of advanced training in therapeutic massage and bodywork.

Establishment Licensed by State of Tennessee.

Your therapist will listen to your health issues & concerns, problems you are having and discuss the options you have.

 Your therapist will discuss pressure with you before your session and also will listen to requests you may have during the session to increase or decrease the pressure.

We are dedicated to only therapeutic massage & bodywork.

We receive and accept referrals from other healthcare professionals.

We are open 6 days a week by appointment, morning, lunchtime, afternoon & Saturday appointments are no problem.

You can choose the same therapist for your appointments, just like your other healthcare providers.

We get to know you so we can provide the very best service possible.

Our tables are a bit larger than most and have extra padding for your comfort.

 We offer packages to save you money – you have 2 years to use the packages. No membership or monthly debit required; no use it or lose it clause.
