At Shangri-La you can expect;

Full sessions; if you book a 65 minute appointment you receive 65 minutes of therapy time. Your time doesn't start until your therapist starts to work on you.

Consultation time and time to get on table is FREE to you.

All therapists at Shangri-La have been licensed by the Tennessee Health Related Board since 1999.

Each therapist has 1000s of hours of advanced training in therapeutic massage and bodywork.

Your therapist will listen to your health issues & concerns, problems you are having and discuss the options you have.

Your therapist will discuss pressure before your seession and also will listen to requests you may have during the session to increase or decrease the pressure.

We receive and accept referrals from other healthcare professionals.
